Yes. Samples ship within 7 days of payment and are charged at the unit price plus freight. For most models we credit the sample cost back against your first production order above 200 units.

Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy, by T/T. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF and DDP.

Garden lights and CCTV kits ship in 12–18 days, street lights and home systems in 15–20 days, portable stations in 15–20 days, water pumps in 18–25 days, and cold rooms or mounting systems in 25–35 days. Lead time starts from deposit and artwork approval.

CE declaration of conformity, RoHS test reports, UN38.3 test summary and MSDS for all lithium battery products, and IEC 62257 documentation for off-grid kits. Our factory holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. TÜV component reports are available for mounting structures.

Five years on solar street lights, ten years on mounting structures, and three years on home systems, pumps, CCTV kits and portable stations. Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the panel, battery, controller and LED module. It excludes damage from lightning, flooding or incorrect installation.

Yes. Laser etching on metal housings, printed shells on plastic products, custom cartons and branded manuals are available from 100 units for most models. We send a print-ready artwork template before production and a physical pre-production sample on request.

We ship a spare parts kit with every container — typically 2% of lighting units and full controller and driver sets for pumps and systems. Controllers, drivers and batteries can be air-freighted within 5 working days, and we provide installation guides in the destination language.

Yes, within documented limits. Outdoor products are tested at 45 °C and 95% relative humidity, and we derate LiFePO4 capacity above 45 °C. For sites that regularly exceed 50 °C we specify a larger panel array and a ventilated battery enclosure.

Yes, and it is free. Send the destination country, daily energy consumption in kWh or the required flow rate in m³/h, and the site constraints. Our engineers return a sized configuration with the assumptions written out, usually within two working days.
