How we control quality
- Incoming inspection on cells, panels and controllers with batch traceability.
- Environmental chamber testing at 45 °C and 95% RH for outdoor products.
- 100% functional test and 24-hour burn-in on lighting products.
- Photo and video QC report issued before every shipment.
OEM and ODM
We run OEM programmes for 45+ brands. Typical scope: custom logo and packaging, destination-specific plugs and voltages, adjusted firmware thresholds, and private-label documentation. Tooling is amortised from 100 units for most models.
Who you will talk to
Your enquiry is handled by an export engineer, not a call centre. The person who sizes your system also owns the quotation, the sample test report and the QC photos.
